I went to my first group yoga class more than 25 years ago! I was so nervous and felt really intimitated by the other students. I was convinced that they would be staring at me and wondering what I was doing there. When I look back at that time, I wish I had a yoga teacher to teach me the basics of yoga; one-on-one before I went to my first group class. What a difference it would have made! This is why I love teaching private yoga classes! Anyone can do yoga and I love convincing the most reluctant of students of yoga’s life changing benefits.
If you’ve been wanting to start yoga for a while, there is no better time than the present! If not now, when?
